摘要: 本文叙述了多量子NMR技术的理论、实验方法和已经开展的重要应用。多量子NMR能得到比寻常NMR方法简单的解析谱,从而增进了研究分子结构和构型的可能性。该技术对于研究弛豫动力学也是极有价值的。

Abstract: The theory and experimental methods and succesful applications of multiple quantum NMR techniques are introduced and reviewed.The techniques have advantages over conventional single quantum NMR method in obtaining simple analyzable spectra which make study of molecular structure and conformation possible.In addition,the techniques are useful in studying relaxation dynamics.
