摘要: 本文用31P核磁共振技术研究在光敏药物Photofrin Ⅱ作用下,DNA分子光敏损伤过程中的构象变化,损伤程度以及该药物与DNA分子可能的结合方式.

Abstract: The variation of conformation of DNA during its photosensitization damage rocess induced by the interaction of photofrin Ⅱ was studied by 31P NMR spectroscopy. The degree of damage and the possible mode of complexation are discussed.
