摘要: 作者进行了各种条件下的棕壤和草甸土胡敏酸溶液的13C-NMR研究,认为要在有限时间内得到好的信噪比谱,宜采用脉冲小间隔多次累加的方法,而不用脉冲长间隔少次累加方法,这对于不同胡敏酸中各种碳类型的相对半定量测定也是合适的.

Abstract: We carried out a 13C NMR study of humic acid solution from Brown forest soil and Meadow soil under different conditions. The results have shown that the best signal-to-noise ratios in a given time can be obtained by using a large number of transients spaced at short intervals, rather than a smaller number spaced at longer intervals. This is adaptable to semi-quantitative determination of carbon types.
