摘要: 异核中继相干传递二维谱(RELAY)和远程偶合异核化学位移相关二维谱(XCORFE)被成功地用来研究5-氟脲嘧啶衍生物的结构与谱线归属。结果表明,在确定分子中季碳或其它核的连接方式时,XCORFE方法有着重要作用。

Abstract: 2D-heteronuclear relayed coherence transfer and 2D-long range heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy were successfully applied to the determination of the structures and the assignment of resonances of 5 -fluorouracil derivatives. The results show that XCORFE method plays an important role in confirming the connection mode of quaternary carbon or other atoms in the molecules.
