摘要: 从雷公藤根皮中分离出一种含三个环氧基的二萜内酯酮化合物(Ⅰ),利用一维和二维NMR技术,通过对1H和13C NMR谱的分析,归属了所有和1H和13C化学位移。

Abstract: Triptonide has been isolated from root of the medicinal plant Tripterygium wilforidii.Analysls of 1H and 13C NMR spectra of(I),with the aid of COSY and HCCOSY and COLOC experiments,has allowed unambiguous chemical shift assignments of all protons and carbons of this compound.
