摘要: 本文研究了水溶液中微量顺磁离子Fe3+和Cu2+对蛋白质及多肽结构单元一氨基酸分子纵向弛豫时间T1的影响,把文献已处理过的金属离子与分子只存在一种络合物种体系的公式,推广到了多个络合物种并存且存在交换的体系中,导出并验证了顺磁弛豫速率Rf。与金属离子浓度CM成线性关系,较深入地讨论了斜率大小与络合能力、配体浓度的关系.

Abstract: The influence of paramagnetic ions, Fe3+ and Cu2+ on relaxation time T1 of amino acids which are structural units of peptides has been investigated in this paper.The for-mula only for monospecies system of chemical molecule and metal ion has been ex-tended to polyspecies system and the system in which there are chemical exchanges. The linear relations of paramagnctic relaxation rate(R1p) and concetration of metal ions (CM) have been elucidated and demonstrated.The relations between the slope of curves and coordinating ability and concentration of ligands have been discussed.
