摘要: 用400MHz和500MHz超导核磁共振谱仪测定了具有生理活性的达玛烷型人参皂甙Re的同核、异核二维化学位移相关谱和相敏双量子滤波二维相关谱,由此归属了人参皂甙Re的氢谱,测定了Re的质子偶合常数。

Abstract: Biologically active damardne type ginsenoside-Re was economically isolated from aerial stem and leaves of ginseng and studled by two-dimensional NMR spectrosoopy(2D H,X-COSY,H,H-COSY and DQF-COSY).1H chemical shift of ginsenoside-Re were as-signed. The 1H coupling constants of ginsenoside-Re were obtained.
