狭苞橐吾内酯A的2D NMR研究

摘要: 报道了从狭苞橐吾根中分离得到的一个新的倍半萜内酯,命名为狭苞橐吾内酯A,利用13C-1H COSY、1H-1H COSY、1H-1H NOESY和13C-1H COLOCLR等2D NMR技术归属了所有质子和碳的化学位移信号,并探讨了该化合物的相对构型.

Abstract: A new sesquiterpene lactone was isolated from the roots of Ligularia intermedia,named as intermedoxide A. All the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned by 13C-1H COSY, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H NOESY and 13C-1H COLOC LR 2D NMR techniques. Its relative configuration is discussed here.
