摘要: 用NMK法测得不同pH值条件下组氨酸的14N谱,用反转恢复法测得14N的T1值。根据14N谱及T1值快速且准确地证实了组氨酸在不同电离情况下的结构。

Abstract: 14N NMR was applicd to the study of the pH-dependent structures of histidine in aqucous solutions. 14N spin-lattice relaxation times(T1) were measured by inversion-recovery method.According to the spectra and the T1 data,different structures of histidinc in aqucous solutions were determined.
