摘要: 建议了一个新的HMQC实验的脉冲序列,其准备期和混合期分别为90°x(1H)-τ/2-180°x(1H,13C)-τ/2-90°x(1H,13C)和90°x(13C)-τ/2-180°x(1H,13C)-τ/2-,以及τ=(2JCH)-1(JCH为C-H偶合常数).在这个新的HMQC实验中,与碳-12相连质子的信号被有效地抑制,其抑制的机理与脉冲的相位循环无关.从而,它可以用于有效地抑制HMQC谱的噪音.特别是,在没有脉冲梯度场装置时,该方法显得非常实用

Abstract: A new pulse sequence for noise reduction in phase sensitive HMQC experiment is proposed by setting 90°x(1H)-τ/2-180°x(1H,13C)-τ/2-90°x(1H,13C) and 90°x(13C)-τ/2-180°x(1H,13C)-τ/2-with τ=(2JCH)-1 (JCH is the one-bond coupling constant) as the preparation and the mixing schemes, respectively. The suppression of signals of protons attached to carbon-12 can be achieved in only one scan irrespective of pulse phase cycles. The proposed method provides an alternative approach for noise reduction in HMQC measurements.
