摘要: 介绍了人体血液红细胞31P NMR谱的测量方法,介绍了样品的处理方法和测试参数的选择.发现正常人和病人血液的红细胞在21P NMR谱上存在着明显的差异,这些差异可望在临床医学上用于对某些血液病进行诊断和疗效跟踪的检测.

Abstract: This paper introduces the measuring method of 31P NMR spectrum of red bloodcells of human, the treating method of sample and the option of testing parameter. It is discovered that there exists the obvious difference in 31P NMR spectrum of red blood cells between healthy person and patient. We hope that the above difference can be used to diagnose some blood ailments and to examine the tracks of curative effect.
