摘要: 本文用31P NMR方法研究了MgCl2对天然DNA溶液构象影响,首次观察到了Mg2+诱导天然DNA由B型向Z型转变。

Abstract: The effect of MgCl2 on the natural DNA solution conformation was studied by 31P NMR, MgCl2 induced transition from B-DNA to Z-DNA was obversed. The mechanism was discussed.
