摘要: 利用13C-NMR技术(BB、DEPT、门控去偶)确定了δ-二氢大马酮类香料的分子结构,讨论了空间构型和屏蔽作用对δC的影响,并初步得出了区别第(Ⅰ)类和第(Ⅱ)类异构体的特征参数。

Abstract: Molecular structure of the δ-Damascones were defined by 13C-NMR technique (BB, DEPT, Gated decoupling). The influence space configuration and shielding effect on δC was discussed, and primary characteristic parameters distinguishing isomer(Ⅰ) from(Ⅱ) have been obtained.
