NMR Studies on Glycosyl Guanidines Containing Arylthiazol

Abstract

Abstract: Four new tetraacetyl galactosylguanidines were synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopy. The ¹H and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts of these compounds were assigned using both 1D and 2D techniques, including ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, ¹H-¹H COSY, gHMQC, gHMBC and NOESY. The NMR data showed that all galactosyl had the same configuration of β-anomer. The spectral characteristics of the compounds were analyzed and compared.
