摘要:

应用二维NOSEY技术,对以D-葡萄糖为手性源合成的3种新型手性配体的结构和绝对构型进行了研究,并对此类化合物进行了计算机分子模拟,取得与NOSEY一致的结果. 此项研究对进一步研究手性配体在不对称催化反应中的构效关系提供了有力的帮助.

Abstract:

The two-dimensional Nuclear Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (NOESY) technique was successfully applied to investigate the structures and absolute confi
gurations of novel chiral ligands which were derived from D-glucose. The results have also been confirmed by computational optimizing model data.
