摘要: 本文研究了一些α-取代萘中不同取代基对萘环1H和13C NMR化学位移的影响,发现随取代基电负性和取代基特性常数的不同,各个位上1H和13C的化学位移变化范围不同,从而对化学位移与取代基电负性及取代基特性常数之间的规律性进行了探讨。
实验结果表明,用1H和13C NMR化学位移可鉴别萘衍生物的价键状态、化合物的结构及取代基的性质。

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of various substituents on 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift in some a-naphthyl derivatives has been investigated. We discovered that the ranges of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift for each position are changed with the different values of substituent electronegativities Eyx and substituent constants σ.Thus the relationship between the chemical shift and substituent electronegativity and substituent constant has been discussed.
The experimental results show that the bonding states and structures of naphtyl derivatives may be identified by measuring the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift and the substituent behavior as well.
