摘要: 利用2D-NMR并结合其它理化方法研究了从豆科植物小花棘豆中分得的一种黄酮甙:山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖甙的化学结构;该成分系首次从棘豆属植物中分得。

Abstract: A flavonoid glycoside has been isolated from Oxytropis glabra D C (Leguminosae). This flavonoid was identified to be 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopvranosyl (1-6)-β-D-glncopyranosyl]-kaempferol by 2D NMR[1H-1H and 1H-13C (one-bond and long-range) COSY] and other physical-chemical methods.
