摘要: 从三七(Panax notoginseng)根总皂甙的弱酸水解产物中分离得到三个原人参二醇型单糖链配糖体.通过光谱方法,鉴定其结构分别为人参皂甙Rg5,20(R)-人参皂甙-Rg3与20(S)-人参皂甙Rg3.应用2D NMR技术,对它们的1H和13C化学位移进行了全归属。

Abstract: Three protopanaxodiol monodesmosides isolated from mild acid hydrolysis products of root saponins of Panax notoginseng were identified as ginsenoside-Rg5, 20(R)-ginsenoside-Rg3 and 20(S)-ginsenoside-Rg3. The complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of these glycosides were obtained by means of 2D NMR techniques, such as 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HMBC as well as HMQC. The differences of chemical shifts of 20(R)-and 20(S)-isomer were discussed.
