摘要:

从绵马贯众(Dryopteris crassirhizoma)中分离得到绵马贯众素,应用1D NMR和2D NMR(1H-1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC)技术,尤其是HMBC谱确证了绵马贯众素的结构,并对其13C化学位移进行了明确的归属.

Abstract:

Dryocrassine was isolated from the Dryopteris crassirhizoma. 1D and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC) methods, among which the HMBC method was the most important, were used to elucidate the structure of Dryocrassine. The 13C chemical\} shifts of the compound were assigned.
